[Late in the day, Kim's checking out the hotel. He wears a pair of jeans with a long-sleeved shirt. Bruises cover his face. A bandicoot sits perched on his shoulder, sniffing up at the air as he enters the kitchen and observes his surroundings, noting the young man nearby.]

Bouillabaisse. Traditional Suresne cuisine. It's a sort of seafood stew. Supposedly, the finest versions of the dish take two days to prepare and cook "properly"...
