From what Alisaie told me, it was Rin and Akira who had encountered Baraqiel—another him, that is—yet for reasons unknown, they were not able to obtain what was necessary from him.
Other than being "rough around the edges," not really. His efforts have been extremely helpful in these murder investigations, too. He's probably a decent kid, despite the "bad ass" exterior. But don't tell him I said that.
The chances are slim, I'm afraid, but a sliver of it is not nothing.
