Not especially. But people do try to steal them. Touch-sensitive alarms are a common deterrent.

No. RCM officers are paid very little for what we do.

We're made up of volunteers and funded by donations. The budgeting is, frankly, a nightmare.

That's just how it goes with a citizen's militia. There's no government to allocate funds for policing, so we make do with what we have.
